The form below is to allow billing of the Association
Annual Fee be done in two Payments.

It is very important you understand a $6 per payment fee will be charged for a total of $12. This is because our bylaws do not allow any payment after July 1 without a penalty. We have converted the penalty to the fee of doing this service to appease the legal requirement. We can't do anything else without a community majority bylaw change vote. You need to fill out this form each year to be apart of that year's two payment option. We are hoping this will help eliminate confusion we have seen in the past.

I understood the payment options. The above First and Second Payment boxes had specific options for each payment. This is done to stop confusion regarding the amounts-per-payment that are available.

I understand the fee. To be able to split the payment the association has to charge a fee that otherwise would be an interest penalty as per the ByLaws. Without the charge the option can not be offered. The total fee is $12.

I understand there will be NO REMINDER sent for the December 1 deadline for the final payment.
