Annual Members Meeting

This is a special edition page that will be published prior to the Annual Members Meeting and will continue for one week after the meeting. Click on the question bar and the answer will drop down. If you have questions not addressed here please use the contact us page.

The annual members meeting, according to the bylaws, is supose to be held on the last Tuesday of February at 7:30pm. a time that causes many problems and has to be more flexible. The board has had to change that date to the last Thursday in February due to venue issues. Look for that covenant to be changed in the near future. This year's meeting will be:

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 25, 2021 starting at 7PM (a virtual Zoom meeting)

At this year's Annual members meeting there will be an election to fill board member positions. This year there are 2 vacancies being filled with new members. A third position is being voted on to start a new term for an existing officer willing to continue.

As noted in our November monthly meeting we have a three member nominating committee that is headed by one board member. They met to review candidates and develop their nominations to the board. The board received the nominations from the committee in the 4th week of December and subsequently developed the appropriate number of nominated candidates for the election based of the committee's nominations.

Yes, the pandemic is forcing us to a virtual meeting using Zoom. You will need to visit our Zoom page to get started.

More questions? Answers are at our elections page.
