At this time we do not know anything about the new owner. We do however know that the sale has negatively played a role in the loss of one tenant Carquest Auto Parts. While Carquest leaving may have had issues beyond the new landlord they told me there were issues with the new landlord.

All we can do is hope the new owner of Palm Breeze Plaza will realize the importance of maintaining the adjoining west side road right-of-way along Sugarhill Ave to a respectable standard as is done by all business owners. And to realize the appearance of the area reflects directly on the plaza and his tenants.

Also the junky mess championed by the previous owner effectively turned away Sugarhill's 200+ buyers, along with the owner, tenants and their customers of the green building on the west side of Sugarhill Ave. They, by the way, manage and maintain their side of Sugarhill Ave very well, the same road right-of-way.
