The Sugarhill Concerned Homeowners Group is a group of owners who started in search of finding ways to improve communications between owners regarding issues that affect us all.
We want our board to reflect the majority of homeowners views. Everyone should have a say in decisions that affect us all. We also want to keep Sugarhill the wonderful place it is.

Much of our interest has been finding ways to make our community more of a democracy and less of a rule by the whims of a select few. The advanced technology world we live in
has lead the way. We now believe rule by consensus is at hand using very popular internet surveys. It's easy, it's free, the results are definitive and archived.
