The second is "Consent to Electronic Voting" in Sugarhill elections. This is a Florida Statute requirement if you want to vote electronically (email). Sugarhill has 80% of our residences enjoying electronic voting.

The Sugarhill bylaws of 2005 require a "Community Directory" of names and phone numbers to be made available to all members of the association. Florida statutes override this requirement and allow you to not be on this list at your request. Please select if you want to be on this list or not.
