Note: Hurricane Protection projects are a request for approval for new or replacement for the house Hurricane Protection that does not include window replacement but more like shutters or ballistic fabric screening. First enter the type of protection. Next fill in the business name of the installer, the installer's Martin County License Number, the installer's website URL and the Martin County permit status. In the last box enter the manufacturer of the Hurricane Protection product and the specific name of the Hurricane Protection product.
The main concern for this is that the installer is licensed and that his shutters won't blow away and damage someone else's home. If items such as accordion shutters are visible year round, they need to meet Sugarhill color requirements with approval.
