Note: Large projects will require in-person meeting with a board member to discuss the project and to pass documentation. The contractor/builder for a new house should also attend the meeting.
The documents needed are:
Copy of plans and specifications.
Location of the septic tank, drain field area, and the well if appropriate.
Licensed contractor information (His website showing his license is ok).
Copy of landscape plan with topographical grades (both original grades and proposed changes) and foliage impact.
Exterior color scheme with paint chips (or mfg paint number/s ok)
Bond Payment for project over 1000 square feet $2,000.
Bond Payment for project 500 to 1000 square feet $1,000.
Bond Payment for project 0 to 500 square feet $500.
Swimming pools $1,000.
You will be required to post a Performance Bond to assure the completion of the construction, improvements and landscaping in accordance with the plans and specifications approved. It will be returned after our final inspection.
