Note: Septic system projects are a request for major repair or replacement approval for the house Septic system. The top priority for this approval is a Martin County Permit. Fill in the business name of the installer, the installer's Martin County License Number, the installer's website URL and the Martin County permit status. Cleaning or pump-out services do not need approval.
