Note: Driveway projects are a request for major repair or replacement approval for the house Driveway.
Martin County does not require permit or licensed contractor for SOME driveway projects. Check with them for the requirement. You still need an approval from Sugarhill due to the visual impact of driveways.
If needed fill in the business name of the contractor, the contractor's Martin County License Number, the contractor's website URL and the Martin County permit status. Projects requiring large dumpsters left on the street must have the exact location of the dumpster approved in advance.
Driveways that have shear drop-offs will require a railing. See the next section Patio, Deck or Railing.
