Note: Fence/Gate projects are a request for new installation, color change or replacement approval for property fencing and/or gate. Select the type of Fence/Gate in the drop down boxes. Fill in the business name of the installer, the installer's Martin County License Number, the installer's website URL and the Martin County permit status. In the next box enter the color of the Fence/Gate.

Note: Fence/Gate projects need specific documents (or a board member visit) before approval. The documents needed are:
Copy of the Fence/Gate location plan.
Copy of your property survey. If you don't have a property survey we will need to come to your house to see where the fence and gate/s will be going.
The Fence/Gate location plan can be drawn onto a copy of your survey.

Warning, Fence/Gates are exceptionally visible objects. If you install a Fence/Gate without approval you most likely will have to take it down. There are many restrictions concerning Fence/Gates. Make sure you get approval.
