Note: Large projects will require in-person meeting with a board member to discuss the project and to pass documentation. The contractor/builder for a new house should also attend the meeting. You may use the various sections in this form to send information pertaining to the project like exterior paint, roofing, etc.
The documents needed are:
Copy of plans and specifications.
Location of the septic tank, drain field area, and the well.
Licensed contractor information.
Copy of landscape plan with topographical grades (both original grades and proposed changes) and foliage impact.
Exterior color scheme with paint chips (or fill out the exterior paint section of this form)
Bond payment of $5000 new house bond.
You will be required to post a Performance Bond to assure the completion of the construction, improvements and landscaping in accordance with the plans and specifications approved. It will be returned after our final inspection.
